We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, requiring you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To ensure that we can continue to provide the best service to all our clients, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours notice for the cancellation or rescheduling of any appointment. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an available slot.

Same Day Reschedule/Cancellation Policy: All appointments that are rescheduled or canceled the SAME DAY as your scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of the original service scheduled, NO EXCEPTIONS.

No show/no call appointments will also be charged 50% of your original scheduled service. NO EXCEPTIONS.

*SAME DAY RESCHEDULE/CANCEL FEE WILL BE CHARGED AUTOMATICALLY TO YOUR SAVED CREDIT CARD THROUGH VAGARO IMMEDIATELY AFTER YOU CANCEL/NO SHOW YOUR APPOINTMENT.*

To cancel/reschedule an appointment on the SAME DAY it is scheduled for, text Tayni at (808) 346-3290. Fees will still be applied.
